Viral Easy One-Pan Pasta Bake

If you’re looking for an easy, crowd-pleasing dinner that comes together in one pan with minimal cleanup, this viral baked pasta dish is your new go-to. Made entirely in TECHNIQ The Square, it’s the kind of meal that proves why every kitchen needs a versatile roaster that does more than just roast.
**At first glance, The Square might look like a traditional roasting pan—but it’s built for much more. The 13” x 13” design gives you plenty of room for layering ingredients without overcrowding, and the high walls help prevent bubbling over in the oven. Its gently rounded interior corners mean no sauce or cheese gets stuck—you can easily mix, stir, and scoop every last bit. And yes, it goes from oven to stovetop, so it’s the only pan you need from start to finish.
Ingredients:
12 oz cherry tomatoes
1 container Boursin Garlic & Herb Cheese
2 tbsp garlic (minced or chopped)
2 tbsp olive oil
Salt & pepper to taste
1 package of pasta (your choice – penne, fusilli, or rigatoni work great)
1 tbsp chopped herbs (thyme & rosemary)
Directions:
Preheat your oven to 350°F.
In The Square, add cherry tomatoes, Boursin cheese (place it in the center), garlic, olive oil, salt, pepper, and herbs. Give it a light stir to coat the tomatoes in oil. Bake uncovered for 25–30 minutes, until the tomatoes blister and the cheese starts to melt and spread.
While the pan is in the oven, cook your pasta according to package instructions. Remove the pan from the oven. Using a fork, smash the tomatoes and stir to combine with the melted Boursin into a creamy sauce.
Add your drained pasta directly into the pan and toss to coat.
The Result?
A velvety, herb-packed tomato sauce with barely any effort—and only one pan to clean. Serve it right from The Square at the table. It’s not just dinner, it’s a reminder that good cookware makes great meals easier.
