This electronic gift card will be delivered via email within 24 hours of purchase. This card may be used for making purchases at scanpan.com only. Gift cards are final sale and not eligible for return. Gift cards may not be redeemed for cash or applied as payment to previous purchases. Gift cards are not eligible for discounts or promotions. Gift cards do not expire. Please treat your gift card like cash and safeguard it as such. SCANPAN USA is not responsible is your gift card is used without your permission.

For balance inquiry, email web-inquiries@scanpan.com with your gift card redemption number. If you have already applied part your gift card balance towards a purchase and want to check the remaining balance, your gift card balance information will be stored in the Account you used at checkout.
